CHICAGO (WLS) -- You might have some trouble hailing a cab in downtown Chicago because many of the city's cab drivers plan to protest ride-share services, like Uber.
Cabbies say they'll drive in and around the Loop on Tuesday morning, but won't pick up passengers from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. as a form of protest. They also plan to rally in front of City Hall.
The drivers want more regulation of the ride-sharing industry.
