Chicago man charged with sexually assaulting teen at Niles spa

NILES, Ill. (WLS) -- A Chicago man is charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile at a health spa in north suburban Niles.

Tram Nguyen, 25, entered a meditation room where he found a 17-year-old boy sleeping, police said.

Police said the victim woke up and discovered Nguyen performing a sex act on him, then notified a manager.
