Chicago police officers ratify new contract

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police officers ratified a new contract on Friday.

The Fraternal Order of Police, the union representing the officers, issued a statement saying that approval rate was 66.5 percent.

The union says this is the largest ratification percentage in its collective bargaining history.
