Chicago woman wins $4 million lotto on 19th birthday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago woman never expected she'd celebrate her 19th birthday as a millionaire.

Deisi Ocampo says her father handed her two Illinois Lottery tickets and said "happy birthday." She ended up winning $4 million.

"It turned out to be the best birthday present ever!" Ocampo said.

Ocampo was presented with the check Friday morning at a gas station on Chicago's Northwest Side.
