CHICAGO (WLS) -- More action is being taken to deal with the noise problem in communities around O'Hare Airport as expansion continues.

A committee to deal with the issue includes members of the DuPage County Board. They'll be investigating flight patterns with the city of Chicago and the FAA.

The goal is to balance the quality of life with the economic progress expected to result from O'Hare expansion. The committee meets later this month.
