Cubs may get tax credit for changing new signage at Wrigley Field

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Cubs could get up to $75 million in tax credits after agreeing to change some signs at Wrigley Field.

The signs are part of the Cubs' $575 million renovation plan for the ballpark.

The National Park Service has to approve the plan before the team can get a tax credit for preserving historic property.

As a result, the Cubs are reducing the number of proposed outfield signs from seven to six. They're also moving the right field video scoreboard and making it smaller.
