NEW CARLISLE, Ind. (WLS) -- A 71-year-old fisherman drowned Sunday after he fell out of his boat in Hudson Lake in LaPorte County in northwest Indiana, authorities said.

At about 7 a.m., a witness said he saw Howard Fetterer, of New Carlisle, Ind., fall into the water and go under, according to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
