Heather Mack asked boyfriend not to tell on her, documents show

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Newly unsealed court documents show Heather Mack sent a Facebook message demanding her boyfriend to not tell people she asked him to kill her mother.

The startling message sent three months before the murder of Sheila von Wiese-Mack was found in a document unsealed by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Mack is serving ten years in a Bali prison.

Her boyfriend Tommy Schaefer was sentenced to 18 years for beating von Wiese-Mack to death in August of 2014 and stuffing her body in a suitcase.

The couple has a 5-month-old daughter Stella, who Mack gave birth to in prison.
