Man charged with sexual assault of 23-year-old woman in Near West Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a 23-year-old woman in the city's Near West Side.

Anthony Titus, 23, was arrested after being identified as the suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted the woman in the 2100-block of W. Madison Street around 5:10 a.m. on Oct. 15, police said.

The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.

Titus faces a charge of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
