NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Two suspended students are back in class after a racist text message caused some violence at Naperville Central High School.

A white student reportedly sent the hateful message to an African-American student last Wednesday. That student apparently got angry and hit the other student.

Officials at Naperville Central are not commenting specifically on the incident, but said that in cases like these, they meet with students and their families to work toward a peaceful resolution.
