Small plane hits truck in Indiana

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLS) -- A small-engine plane struck a pickup truck while making an emergency landing in central Indiana.

The plane landed upside down in a ditch off of a Huntington County highway on Monday. State police say the pilot refused medical treatment and the driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.

The intersection at US 224 and SR 5 was closed for hours as investigators

collected evidence.
