Streets and Sanitation truck crashes into Streets and Sanitation building

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Streets and Sanitation truck crashed into one of the department's buildings on Chicago's Southwest Side.

The truck went through a brick wall in the rear of the building near South Ashland Avenue and West Cermak Road Wednesday morning.

Officials are assessing the damage and working on getting the truck out.
