Chicago tanning salon owner accused of rape by 2 more women

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Authorities say more victims have come forward accusing a Chicago tanning salon owner of raping them.

Marc Winner is charged in three rape cases involving customers or employees of his now-closed West Loop business.

In court Friday afternoon, prosecutors said two more women have come forward saying they were raped by Winner. Those cases cannot be charged because the statute of limitations has run out.

Authorities are also trying to locate a possible victim who filed a police report in 2010.

Winner is being held without bond in the Cook County Jail.
