CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago man suspected of killing his 11-year-old nephew faced a judge Saturday.
Eurel Wilford, 19, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and unlawful use of a weapon.
Police said Antwone Price, 11, found a gun outside Wednesday night and brought it into his house in the 7400-block of South St. Lawrence Avenue. They said it went off as the boy handed it to Wilford, who they think owns the gun.
Price was wounded in the stomach and died at the hospital a short time later, police said.
