CHICAGO (WLS) -- Testimony is set to get underway Thursday in the trial of two men charged with killing off-duty Chicago police officer Thomas Wortham.
Toyius Taylor and Paris McGee are accused of fatally shooting Wortham as they allegedly tried to steal his motorcycle in 2010.
A bench trial was supposed to begin Wednesday, but McGee asked for a jury trial instead. The judge agreed.
A jury has already been seated for Taylor's trial.
A third man charged in the case is still waiting for his trial.
