Toddler reported missing from Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WLS) -- Police in Rockford are searching for a missing 2-year-old boy.

On Thursday, officers from the Rockford Police Department responded to a call for a missing 2-year-old boy, Kyrian Knox. The exact date and time Kyrian was last seen is not clear at this point, police said. It is believed Kyrian was in the care of a family friend prior to his disappearance, police said.

Kyrian is described as African American, approximately 30 inches tall, 35 pounds, with low-cut black hair and brown eyes.
