Woman dies after flight from Chicago makes emergency landing

BILLINGS, Mont. (WLS) -- A woman passed out on a commercial flight from Chicago to San Francisco Sunday and was pronounced dead after the flight made an emergency landing in Montana, police say.

The Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office says the flight made the emergency landing at the Billings Logan International Airport Saturday night.

The woman has not been identified and an autopsy is scheduled to determine cause of death. Authorities say she had medical issues.
