Yorkville HS to rename wrestling tournament named for Dennis Hastert

YORKVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Organizers of the "Dennis Hastert Yorkville Invitational" say they'll likely rename the wrestling tournament.

It's named after the former U.S. House speaker who once coached high school wrestling in Yorkville.

Hastert is charged with lying to the FBI and evading bank regulations. Prosecutors believe he was paying someone hush-money to hide prior sexual misconduct.

The head of the wrestling club says the tournament will still take place, but with another name.
