CHICAGO (WLS) -- A rare hybrid called a "geep" - part goat and part sheep - was born at an Arizona petting zoo.
Goat-sheep cross-breeds are quite uncommon. The animals don't often mate. When they do, the offspring are usually stillborn.
But the good news is that this baby geep healthy enough to visit with petting zoo guests.
In this case, the petting zoo owners didn't even know their ewe was pregnant!
