Aldermen deliver cake urging Rauner to pass budget

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several Chicago aldermen marked the one-year anniversary of Governor Bruce Rauner's inauguration with a special message Monday.

Ricardo Munoz of the 22nd Ward carried a cake to Rauner's office in the Thompson Center urging the governor to pass a responsible budget.
