Pilsen Neighbors Community Council celebrates 60th anniversary

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Pilsen Neighbors Community Council is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and it is inviting everyone in the community to celebrate. You might know the organization's Fiesta del Sol event, for which ABC7 is a media sponsor, but the PNCC also works on immigration and education reform, workforce development, healthcare and more.

Teresa Fraga, Pilsen Neighbors Community Council treasurer, and Gardenia Rangel, Fiesta del Sol co-chair, came into our ABC7 Eyewitness News studio to tell us about the group's work and its anniversary event.
