Rauner celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month at UIC

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Governor Bruce Rauner celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at a special breakfast on the UIC campus Tuesday morning.

Rauner was joined by Lieutenant Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti, who is the first Latina lieutenant governor elected in the entire country.
