SKOKIE, Ill. (WLS) -- The Skokie Park District is inviting everyone to attend the 25th annual Skokie Festival of Cultures.
More than 25,000 people are expected to celebrate all the different cultures that make up the Skokie community. The festival, which runs May 16-17 at Oakton Park, features exotic foods, dances, demonstrations, and crafts from 37 cultures from around the world.
Jon Marquardt, chairman of the Skokie Festival of Cultures, joined ABC 7 live from the event to share why this year's festival will be better than ever.
