Substitute Kennedy Igboananike hit two brilliant late goals to help the Chicago Fire beat Orlando City SC and earn a spot in the U.S. Open Cup semifinals.

The Fire dominated Orlando throughout the match, but were still level until Igboananike scored in the 87th and 90th minute to seal the win.

David Accam came on for Patrick Nyarko, who opened the scoring for the Fire in the 3rd minute, and was a catalyst for his Chicago team down the stretch.

Cyle Larin scored in the 56th minute after Eric Avila hit him with a perfect cross for the Canadian to head home.

The Fire were boosted by the return of Joevin Jones, who had been away on international duty with Trinidad and Tobago at the Gold Cup.

Nyarko's goal was started with a long punt from Fire goalkeeper Jon Busch found put the Ghanian in on OCSC's Tally Hall, who had no chance.

The Fire will face the Philadelphia Union, who beat the New York Red Bulls on penalty kicks Tuesday, in their semifinal matchup.
