CHICAGO (WLS) -- Nearly 10,000 people laced up their running shoes in Chicago to run for a good cause on Sunday.

The Chicago Half Marathon and Hyundai Hope on Wheels 5K was held Sunday morning in Jackson Park.

Runners made their way through the Hyde Park neighborhood and ended in the park for some post-race festivities.
