Demaryius Thomas tells Jimmy Butler to 'stick to basketball'

A few weeks after Chicago Bulls star Jimmy Butler said he would be one of the best wide receivers in the NFL-- and, in particular, that he would be better thanPittsburgh Steelerswide receiverAntonio Brown andDenver BroncoswideoutDemaryius Thomas -- Thomas fired back Wednesday on Instagram by telling Butler to "stick to basketball."

Butler responded shortly after, claiming Thomas is lucky Georgia Techdidn't recruit Butler to play football. Otherwise, Butler said he would have taken Thomas' spot.

While it's impossible to settle this exchange until both stars step on a football field together, one thing is certain: both will continue to excel in their respective sports.
