Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco has a no-hitter through seven innings against the Tampa Bay Rays.
This is the third straight game an Indians pitcher has carried a no-hitter through at least five innings against the Rays.
Carrasco (9-6, 3.88) has struck out 10 batters and is at 94 pitches, while staked to a 5-0 lead.
He was perfect through the first 6 1/3 innings before walking Tampa Bay left fielder Joey Butler. Carrasco has still faced the minimum number of batters thanks to Butler being tagged out on a rundown that completed a double play.
