Jimmy Butler, DeAndre Jordan trade jabs ahead of Clippers-Bulls

The LA Clippers host the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night, and hours before the matchup Jimmy Butler and DeAndre Jordantook playful shots at each other on social media.

Butler started the beef between the two friends -- who both hail from Houston -- by posting a photo of Jordan with a wide smile at his birthday party as a child with the caption: "this how I'm smiling tonight when you switch out on to me [sic]"

Jordan, who played with Butler on the U.S. men's Olympic team this summer, then responded by claiming that his lockdown defense is going to make Butler stress out and lose his hair ... again.

Though Butler and Jordan play different positions, it's certainly possible -- if not likely -- that Jordan will switch onto Butler at various points in the game, giving both stars multiple chances to back up their trash talk.

Saturday night's tilt between the Clippers (11-2) and Bulls (8-4) tips off at 10:30 p.m. ET.
