Who will get the No. 1 pick in the 2018 WNBA draft? Fans of the Chicago Sky, Indiana Fever and the new team in Las Vegas will find out on Nov. 13.
The results of the draft lottery will be announced on SportsCenter (ESPN2, 6 p.m. ET). The draft will be held in April.
The draft lottery involves the four teams that didn't make the playoffs in the 2017 WNBA season -- San Antonio, Indiana, Atlanta, Chicago -- but the Sky have the rights to the Dream's pick, which they obtained in a trade in July.
The San Antonio Stars franchise was recently purchased by MGM Resorts International and will relocate to Las Vegas for next season. That team will have the greatest odds to get the top pick (44.2 percent) and, because it had the worst combined record over the previous two seasons, is guaranteed to pick no lower than third.
Indiana's odds for winning the No. 1 selection are 27.6 percent, and Chicago's odds are a combined 28.2 percent.
The draft order for the rest of the first round and for the second and third rounds will be determined by inverse order of the WNBA teams' 2017 regular-season records.
South Carolina senior center A'ja Wilson, the most outstanding player of the Final Four last season, could be the first selection in the draft. The defending national champion Gamecocks will face Maryland immediately after the draft lottery (ESPN2, 7 p.m. ET).
