The NBA is ripe with superstars, but if you could only pick one player to start a franchise with, who would it be?

All 12 players are having exceptional seasons thus far, and eight of them were selected as starters in this year's All-Star Game.

Except for Embiid (who averages just 25.3 minutes per game), every player on this list is averaging at least 22 points per game.

The All-Star reserves will be announced this Thursday and will be chosen by NBA head coaches.
