Yorkville man killed in I-88 truck crash

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- A Yorkville man was killed in a truck crash on westbound Interstate 88 in Naperville, according to Illinois State Police.

Daniel Garcia, 25, suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene. State police said the truck Garcia was driving rear-ended another truck that was stopped in traffic near milepost 127.

The driver of that truck was taken to Edwards Hospital in Naperville with minor injuries.

State police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
