Morton College, 3801 South Central Ave. in Cicero; Hours: Monday-Saturday 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
Columbus Square Fieldhouse, 500 South Central Ave., Chicago; Hours: Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Labor Day: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Officials said they are now working to help many people get disaster assistance.
"It was really hard going through all of the stuff because we just had a lot of really sentimental objects in storage, just like notes from friends and family, books, old clothes, photographs, my roommate is a musician so we just had a ton of instruments that were all destroyed," Singh said. "That is the stuff that FEMA is not covering. They are covering what they call the essentials, like your washer and dryer."

Earlier this month, President Biden approved Governor JB Pritzker's disaster declaration from the June 29 to July 2 flooding.
