The shooting happened at about noon in the 4000-block of West Hirsch Street, police said.
The three victims were in a parking lot when someone drove by and started shooting at them, police said.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and self-transported to Norwegian Hospital; police said he was in critical condition.
A 25-year-old man was shot in the right armpit; he was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
A 33-year-old man was shot in the the right hand and self-transported to Norwegian Hospital. CPD said he is expected to be OK.

At about the same time, two people were shot to death in the city's East Garfield Park neighborhood on Wednesday.
At least seven teenagers were shot Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning across Chicago, police said.
A teen boy was killed in one of the shootings in the Little Village neighborhood.
Chicago police did not connect any of the shootings to each other.
