Chicago celebrates Assyrian New Year with North Side parade

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Monday is the Assyrian New Year, and Chicago's large Assyrian population is celebrating with a parade.

The Assyrian New Year Parade
Sunday, March 31
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

The parade begins at Western & Granville in Chicago and travels north to Western & Pratt.
