CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man has been charged with the August murder of 18-year-old Cory Fisher in the city's West Side.
Mark Clay, 20, faces a charge of first degree murder and one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Fisher and his stepbrother got into an argument with someone in the 3800-block of West Lexington Street on Aug. 21; police say that person then allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Fisher in the head.
He was supposed to have started college a few days later. His stepbrother, who suffered a gunshot wound to his shoulder, survived.
Clay was due in bond court Sunday.
