Cook County Democratic Party names replacement for former Illinois Rep. Luis Arroyo

A replacement has been named for former Illinois State Rep. Luis Arroyo, who's facing bribery charges.

The Cook County Democratic Party chose Eva-Dina Delgado, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Arroyo resigned earlier this month amid charges he bribed a state senator.
