2 hurt in Lansing house fire

LANSING, Ill. (WLS) -- Two people were hurt Sunday in a house fire in south suburban Lansing.

Officials said crews arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the kitchen late Sunday afternoon. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Two people were taken to the hospital, officials said. Their conditions and ages are unknown.
