
CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two women were injured in an attack on a CTA train in the Loop Saturday night, Chicago police said.
The incident occurred at about 7:52 p.m. in the 100-block of West Lake Street.
Police said two women, ages 43 and 23, got onto a train after an earlier physical altercation with a female suspect on the platform.
The suspect also boarded the train and after a second altercation, the victims suffered cuts to the arm and hand, police said.
The victims were transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they were listed in good condition, police said.
The female suspect was taken into custody, police said. Area Three detectives are investigating.
