Adults attack two teenage girls outside Evanston Township High School: police

EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- North suburban police are investigating after two teenage girls were attacked outside Evanston Township High School.

Officials say two adults confronted and battered a 15-year-old girl around 4 p.m., after school, on Friday in connection to a domestic incident involving another student.

She was treated at the hospital and later released.

A 14-year-old girl who tried to intervene was also struck but not injured.

No one is in custody.
