Aurora man charged in thefts from 2 churches

AURORA, Ill. (WLS) -- An Aurora man is charged in connection with thefts from two churches.

Terry Ayala, 48, faces two counts of burglary and unlawful use of a credit card.

Police say Ayala stole several metal items used during mass services when the church was twice burglarized this month.

Ayala is also accused of stealing cash and a credit card from another church in Aurora.
