Chicago-area veteran to be featured in new 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 7' video game

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago-area veteran is being featured in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7."

Danielle Green was injured in Iraq and is the first U.S. veteran to be fitted with the world's most advanced bionic arm.

The design is inspired by "Call of Duty" and Green revealed it at a military team competition in Las Vegas.

Robotics startup Open Bionics designed the arm through a partnership with Activision Blizzard.

She will be a playable character when the game is released next month.
