CAUGHT ON DASHCAM: Meteor flies over sky in New Jersey

MORRISTOWN -- Dashcam video shows a meteor flying over the sky in Morristown, New Jersey.

Pete Czech shot the video on I-287 near Route 10 around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

There were numerous meteor sightings Monday night in the northeast from Pennsylvania to Maine.

The American Meteor Society is currently investigating 363 reports of a sighting throughout the Northeast.
