Investigators say the driver went off a road and crashed into the wall of the YNOT After School Camp.

Her lawyers said she had a seizure before the crash.

She was not charged in the incident.

The families of the five victims filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

Bradley Lund, 8; Ainsley Johnson, 8; Kathryn Corley, 7; Alma Buhnerkempe, 7; and counselor Rylee Britton, 18, died from injuries they suffered during the crash.

The families claim the structure housing the camp was built in violation of safety codes in place, at the time of construction.

The camp did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
