CHICAGO (WLS) -- Another candidate is joining the race for Chicago mayor.
Zoe Ma announced her campaign Tuesday morning in Bronzeville.
Ma is a community advocate and real estate developer.
She said she's running as an independent progressive, focused on equity and opportunity.
Mayor Brandon Johnson has not announced if he's running again, but he did say he'd be making a "special announcement" on Sunday, Sept. 13.
The election is in February.
