East Dundee boy's picture selected by National Down Syndrome Society to appear in Times Square

EAST DUNDEE, Ill. (WLS) -- A 3-year-old boy from the Chicago area whose photo was selected to appear in Times Square next month is making Chicago Proud.

East Dundee boy Isaiah Marrero's picture was selected from more than 2,600 entries.

Each year, the National Down Syndrome Society does this presentation to highlight the beauty and diversity of the down syndrome community.

The Marrero family says they're thankful to the National Down Syndrome Society for the opportunity.
