Glass panels fall from Chicago building near Mag Mile, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Cleanup was underway near Chicago's Magnificent Mile after a glass panel fell from a building, according to police.

CPD said officers responded to a service call near Chicago and Michigan overnight into Saturday. Officers found broken glass on the ground.

Police said the glass appeared to have come from the adjacent building.

There were no injuries reported, but parts of the sidewalk were blocked off.
