CHICAGO (WLS) -- There's dramatic new video of an arrest on Chicago's Northwest Side Tuesday morning, as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations continue in the city.
The moment proved scary for one driver.

Kandy Bach recorded video of the arrest from her car at Lawrence and Kedzie avenues.
Masked agents were seen attempting to subdue a man in Albany Park.

ABC7 Chicago blurred his face because it's not clear if he's been charged with a crime.
Bach says an SUV chasing the man slammed into her vehicle. Chicago police are investigating the crash, and say the SUV driver fled the scene.
The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the incident.
