Chicago Cubs' Pete Crow-Armstrong designs jersey for Corona Beach Connect Series

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago Cubs star Pete Crow-Armstrong has helped design a special baseball jersey with a summer twist.

Crow-Armstrong is part of a group of MLB athletes who unveiled custom jerseys this week for the Corona Beach Connect series.

The Cubs outfielder created his "La Playa" jersey in collaboration with Corona USA.

The MLB players created the jerseys based on their connection to their favorite beaches.

Other players who also designed jerseys include the New York Yankees' Jazz Chisolm, the Los Angeles Dodgers' Mookie Betts, the Philadelphia Phillies' Cristopher Sánchez, the Houston Astros' Jeremy Peña and the Atlanta Braves' Ronald Acuña Jr.

The jerseys are part of promotion by Corona for the 2026 World Series.
