No charges filed in death of 75-year-old woman after fight at Indiana Tim Hortons

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WLS) -- Criminal charges will not be filed in a 75-year-old woman's death after a fight at a Tim Hortons restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Allen County Prosecutor's Office says Anita Grayson was in an altercation with an employee back in May.

She later became unresponsive and died.

The coroner says Grayson died from congestive heart failure "in the setting of a physical altercation."

Prosecutors say the altercation did not cause her death, so no criminal charges will be filed against the employee.
