Opponents blast Rauner budget cuts to education, Medicaid

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- The budget cuts proposed by Gov. Bruce Rauner Wedensday are deep and painful, as many presumed they would be. But his opponents consider the governor's ideas out of order, an unfair burden on those who can least afford it.
